Il Distretto del Commercio “Valdobbiadene nel Cuore” ha come funzione ed obiettivo quello di valorizzare tutte le risorse di cui dispone il territorio al fine di accrescerne la sua attrattività, di rafforzare l’identità del commercio tradizionale, di rigenerare il tessuto urbano e di sostenere la competitività della sua rete commerciale.
Il progetto “Venerdì Docg”, si inserisce in questa visione e riprende un percorso avviato tempo fa, rinnovandosi nella sua formula e nei suoi servizi, per agire in una prospettiva che favorisca le integrazioni e le interazioni tra diversi soggetti e componenti del tessuto locale.
In questo senso, il Distretto del Commercio, “strumento” dell’Amministrazione Comunale, insieme all’Associazione Valdobbiadene nel Cuore, ha voluto che l’idea progettuale “Venerdì Docg” diventasse l’aggregazione ed il riflesso di singole esigenze per trasformarle in un unico volano per incidere sullo sviluppo economico e sulla vita sociale del paese.
L’evento, volutamente, è stato progettato con la chiusura al traffico di alcune Vie del centro in modo da creare un’isola pedonale, per generare un’atmosfera accogliente e vivace, da vivere a “misura d’uomo” in cui lo spazio pubblico ed i suoi plateatici diventano la scenografia urbana per accogliere i residenti, i turisti ed i visitatori.
In questa cornice, si vogliono valorizzare le eccellenze del territorio:
- i locali pubblici che offrono un calice di Conegliano Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG, accompagnate da proposte gastronomiche locali, per promuovere i prodotti del territorio e per garantire un’esperienza enogastronomica completa;
- la presenza di sommelier, abbinati ai locali, che permette di offrire momenti di approfondimento e di conoscenza sulla storia, le caratteristiche e le tecniche di produzione del Conegliano Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG, per elevare l’esperienza del turista e del visitatore;
- i piccoli negozi di vicinato che esaltano la loro qualità e dimensione sociale, creando un percorso di shopping e di proposte che si integrano con l’offerta dei pubblici esercizi;
- le aziende agricole di piccole produzioni locali che trovano spazio durante l’evento per presentare olio, formaggi, miele, salumi ed altri prodotti tipici;
A corollario, si inseriscono all’interno dell’isola pedonale gruppi musicali dal vivo, per accompagnare e vivacizzare le serate e per attirare un pubblico più ampio e per favorire l’interazione tra visitatori e operatori.
L’obiettivo principale del “Venerdì Docg” è rispondere alle esigenze di turisti e dei consumatori, offrendo un’esperienza autentica, educativa e di qualità. Attraverso questa integrazione di attività, si promuove il patrimonio locale, si rafforzano le imprese del territorio e si stimola il turismo sostenibile, creando un circolo virtuoso di crescita e di valorizzazione del paese.

The Commerce District “Valdobbiadene nel Cuore” aims to enhance the local area’s resources in order to boost its attractiveness, strengthen the identity of traditional retail, revitalize the urban fabric, and support the competitiveness of its commercial network.
The “Venerdì Docg” project fits perfectly into this vision. It builds upon a journey started some time ago, now renewed in its formula and services, to foster integration and interaction between the various local businesses and community members.
In this light, the Commerce District—acting as a strategic tool for the Municipal Administration— together with the Valdobbiadene nel Cuore Association, envisioned the “Venerdì Docg” project as a way to bundle individual needs into a single driving force for the town’s economic growth and social life.
The event is intentionally designed with temporary street closures in the city center to create a pedestrian-only zone. This establishes a welcoming, lively, and people-friendly atmosphere where public spaces and outdoor seating serve as an urban stage to welcome residents, tourists, and visitors alike.
Within this setting, the excellence of the region takes center stage:
Local venues serving a glass of Conegliano Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG paired with local culinary specialties, promoting regional products and ensuring a complete food and wine experience.
The presence of professional sommeliers at each venue, offering deep dives and insights into the history, characteristics, and production techniques of Conegliano Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG, elevating the visitor and tourist experience.
Small neighborhood shops showcasing their quality and social role, creating a shopping itinerary that complements what the food and beverage venues have to offer.
Small-scale local farms finding a dedicated space during the event to showcase olive oil, cheeses, honey, cured meats, and other traditional products.
To complete the experience, live music acts perform throughout the pedestrian zone to liven up the evenings, attract a wider audience, and encourage interaction between visitors and local operators. The primary goal of “Venerdì Docg” is to meet the expectations of tourists and consumers by offering an authentic, educational, and high-quality experience. By blending these diverse activities, the project promotes local heritage, strengthens regional businesses, and stimulates sustainable tourism, creating a virtuous cycle of growth and appreciation for the town.

Der Handelsdistrikt „Valdobbiadene nel Cuore“ hat die Aufgabe und das Ziel, die Ressourcen der Region aufzuwerten, um deren Attraktivität zu steigern, die Identität des traditionellen Handels zu stärken, das urbane Gefüge zu beleben und die Wettbewerbsfähigkeit des lokalen Geschäftsnetzes zu unterstützen.
Das Projekt „Venerdì Docg“ ist Teil dieser Vision. Es knüpft an einen vor einiger Zeit begonnenen Weg an, präsentiert sich nun jedoch mit neuer Formel und erweiterten Dienstleistungen, um die Integration und Interaktion zwischen den verschiedenen Akteuren der lokalen Gemeinschaft zu fördern. In diesem Sinne wollten der Handelsdistrikt – als Instrument der Gemeindeverwaltung – und die
Vereinigung Valdobbiadene nel Cuore, dass das Projekt „Venerdì Docg“ die Erfüllung einzelner Bedürfnisse bündelt und in eine gemeinsame treibende Kraft für die wirtschaftliche Entwicklung und das soziale Leben des Ortes verwandelt.
Die Veranstaltung wurde bewusst so konzipiert, dass einige Straßen im Zentrum für den Verkehr gesperrt werden, um eine Fußgängerzone zu schaffen. Dadurch entsteht eine einladende, lebendige und menschenfreundliche Atmosphäre, in der der öffentliche Raum und die Außenbereiche der Lokale zur urbanen Kulisse werden, um Einwohner, Touristen und Besucher willkommen zu heißen. In diesem Rahmen werden die Spitzenleistungen der Region in den Vordergrund gestellt:
Gastronomische Betriebe, die ein Glas Conegliano Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG zusammen mit lokalen kulinarischen Spezialitäten anbieten, um regionale Produkte zu fördern und ein ganzheitliches önogastronomisches Erlebnis zu garantieren.
Die Präsenz von Sommeliers in den einzelnen Lokalen, die Einblicke in die Geschichte, die
Eigenschaften und die Herstellungstechniken des Conegliano Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG geben und so das Erlebnis für Touristen und Besucher auf ein neues Niveau heben.
Kleine Nachbarschaftsläden, die ihre Qualität und soziale Bedeutung unter Beweis stellen und einen Einkaufsrundweg schaffen, der das Angebot der Gastronomie perfekt ergänzt.
Kleine landwirtschaftliche Betriebe aus der Region, die während der Veranstaltung die Möglichkeit haben, Olivenöl, Käse, Honig, Wurstwaren und andere typische Produkte zu präsentieren.
Ergänzt wird das Programm in der Fußgängerzone durch Live-Musikgruppen, die die Abende musikalisch untermalen, ein breiteres Publikum anziehen und den Austausch zwischen Besuchern und lokalen Akteuren fördern.
Das Hauptziel von „Venerdì Docg“ ist es, den Bedürfnissen von Touristen und Verbrauchern gerecht zu werden, indem ein authentisches, lehrreiches und qualitativ hochwertiges Erlebnis geboten wird. Durch diese Verknüpfung von Aktivitäten wird das lokale Erbe gefördert, die lokalen Unternehmen werden gestärkt und der nachhaltige Tourismus wird angekurbelt – so entsteht ein positiver Kreislauf für das Wachstum und die Aufwertung des Ortes.
